Carmen Hamze joins partner team of Roland Berger

Roland Berger has appointed Carmen Hamze as a partner in its Energy practice in the Middle East.

Bringing a dozen years of experience in the energy and natural resources sector, Carmen Hamze specialises in helping clients drive strategic transformations, encompassing aspects such as strategy development, growth, business design, go to market strategy, corporate performance management, and governance.

Hamze also has extensive experience with delivering large-scale transformations, performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence.

Hamze joins Roland Berger from Monitor Deloitte, the strategy consulting arm of Deloitte, where she spent five years – latterly as a partner. Before that, she spent seven years at EY, also based in Dubai.
