“Carmen’s addition to our team as a key senior member is pivotal for our strategic expansion in the Middle East,” said Vatche Kourkejian, senior partner and head of the Energy & Industrials practice in the Middle East. “Her deep industry knowledge, coupled with her exceptional leadership in driving organisational and sector-wide transformations, will be invaluable as we help our clients navigate the energy transition landscape in this important region.”

Hani Tohme, Managing Partner of Roland Berger Middle East, stated: “Carmen’s addition to the team is a further reinforcement of our leading position in the energy sector in the Middle East. Her exceptional blend of strategic insight and operational acumen complements our mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients.”

Notably, Tohme also welcomed the boost to the firm’s diversity agenda. Aside the fact that Roland Berger now has another female partner on board, “Carmen’s dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace, mental health, and employee experience will help us further cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, equity, and impact.”
