Corporate Value Associates promotes Ramzi Ben Hamadou to partner
Corporate Value Associates has promoted Dubai-based Ramzi Ben Hamadou to partner.
Now entering his seventh year at Corporate Value Associates, Ramzi Ben Hamadou is a member of the firm’s Industrial Goods, Mining & Commodities practice. He specialises in topics including strategy formulation, commercial and route to market strategies, product development, operational excellence, cost optimization, and mergers & acquisitions.
Hamadou initially joined Corporate Value Associates in its Paris office in 2017. Two years on, he crossed to the firm’s Dubai office, where he has played a leading role in growing its presence and track record in the wider Middle East and Africa market.
Throughout his career, Hamadou has advised a wide range of clients on strategic transformation, from advisory through to benefit realisation. Among his clients are well-known companies in the mining, commodities, agriculture, logistics, construction and chemicals industries.

Ramzi Ben Hamadou is a Graduate Engineer from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and holds a Master’s in International Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also is certified by the Project Management Institute.
