Carter Hones Associates launches on the ground presence in Abu Dhabi

Homegrown project management consultancy Carter Hones Associates has launched an on the ground presence in Abu Dhabi, catering to its growing roster of clients in the UAE’s capital city.

Established in Dubai in 2010 by namesakes Craig Carter (CEO) and Nathan Hones (COO), Carter Hones Associates is a projects consultancy offering project delivery, commercial management, cost control, and quantity surveying services.

Building on its years of experience in Abu Dhabi, the consulting firm has now established a local hub with the aim of ramping up its activities in the market – and achieving more proximity to its key clients and stakeholders.

“We are excited to establish a stronger physical presence in Abu Dhabi. This new office will enable us to be more responsive to the unique needs of our clients in this market and provide them with the high-quality services they expect from Carter Hones Associates,” said Carter, CEO and co-Founder of Carter Hones Associates.

Among the flagship projects Carter Hones Associates is currently supporting in Abu Dhabi are AlJurf (a unique waterfront mixed-use development spanning over 330 hectares) and the development of the SHA Emirates Wellness Resort (as part of Phase 2 of the AlJurf development).

Operating out of AYA Business Centre in the Al Gaith Tower, Carter Hones Associates has assembled a dedicated team of experienced professionals that can mirror its offerings provided out of its Dubai headquarters.

“Located in the heart of the city on Hamdan Street, the new office will serve as a hub for Carter Hones Associates to connect with local clients, collaborate with industry partners on the ground and oversee significant projects in the emirate,” Carter said.

Meanwhile, Carter noted that the firm is eyeing a similar strategy in the Saudi market. The firm has over the years supported numerous projects in Saudi Arabia, ranging from $25 million fitouts in KAFD, to public realm projects valued at over $3 billion. “Our vision is to deliver success and build long-lasting relationships in every market we operate in.”
