BrazilFaizan Ahmed joins UAE partner team of Grant Thornton
Grant Thornton’s business in the UAE has strengthened its leadership team with Faizan Ahmed.
Appointed a partner in the Audit and Assurance practice, Faizan Ahmed bringing over 18 years of industry experience to the firm, which has a workforce of over 500 professionals in the UAE.
Ahmed joins Grant Thornton from Deloitte, where he spent over fifteen years in Ireland (brief spell) and the UAE, latterly as a director in its Audit division focused on servicing clients within the real estate, hospitality & leisure sectors.
During his career, Ahmed has worked for large family conglomerates, public interest entities, and government-related entities, encompass audit and assurance services. He also has extensive experience in guiding clients through IPOs and debt-raising processes.
