BrazilMaven Insights launches People Analytics Award in Saudi Arabia
A new award is coming to Saudi Arabia’s shores this year, with the People Analytics Award aiming to shine the lights on organizations that apply cutting-edge analytics to enhance the performance of their people and culture.
Concepted by Maven Insights, an award-winning regional management consulting firm, the People Analytics Award (PA Award) has the goal of setting a new benchmark for excellence in Saudi Arabia’s people analytics landscape.
“The award aims to honor and commend outstanding achievements in the people analytics domain, showcase innovative approaches, and recognize strategies that have made a market-leading impact for organizations and individuals”, said Alper Kulak, Senior Partner at Maven Insights.
Meanwhile, the award also has the dual objective of helping the Saudi business landscape gain valuable insight into global best practices in people analytics, as well as recognizing the achievements of leading Saudi organizations on the global stage.
With the backing of several high-profile industry leaders, the People Analytics Award is en route to establish itself among the more prestigious award ceremonies in the national human capital landscape. The inaugural edition will take place at the 7th edition of the People Analytics Forum (PAForums) in Riyadh – an annual event that brings together leaders from across the HR profession to discuss trends, insights, and opportunities – and will now also celebrate notable achievements.
About the PA Award
The award is eligible for the people analytics functions of Saudi Arabia based companies, including semi-government and government organizations. The comprehensive evaluation and assessment process will involve a panel of experts evaluating submissions across multiple dimensions, with the top scoring cases entered for the grand finale at the People Analytics Forum.
The 2024 edition of the People Analytics Award will open for business later this quarter. “We eagerly anticipate the enthusiastic participation of a diverse array of organizations for this prestigious award”, said Kulak.
