ECOVIS Al Sabti holds Annual Appraisal & Awards Day

ECOVIS Al Sabti has organized its ‘Annual Appraisal & Awards Day’ Event, bringing together all its team members across verticals to recognize and reward their achievements.

The full day event, which took place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, covered multiple sessions including workshops on leadership development, way-forward plans of the firm, and the traditional Annual Awards ceremony.

During the event, teams were distributed by the firm’s service lines including Risk Advisory and Internal Audit, External Audit, Technology and Cyber Security, Business Continuity Management, Data Management, Data Privacy and Deal Advisory.

The event provided the over 230 team members of the consulting firm the opportunity to engage, followed by the announcements of annual appraisals and promotions – endorsing the performance of individuals and teams over the course of the past twelve months.

The announcements also covered the 16 winners of the Future Leader Program, who have been selected through a rigorous process during the last quarter.

After these announcements, Muhammad Ghazali – Managing Director at ECOVIS Al Sabti, spoke about the performance of the firm in 2023 and growth prospects for the coming year. He was followed by Khaled Al Sabti (Managing Partner at ECOVIS Al Sabti) and Saad Al Sabti (Chairman at ECOVIS Al Sabti), who thanked distinguished guests from Saudi Arabia and beyond who attended the company-wide event.

The event proceeded with interview sessions of award winners, in which they reflected their happiness for the recognition and shed light on their ambitions for future success with the firm. The day was concluded with a Gala dinner.
