PMKConsult promotes Jon Whyte and John Vint to partner

International project management consultancy PMKConsult has appointed two new partners in its Middle East team.

Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with further offices in Dubai and Riyadh, PMKConsult is a 100-person consulting firm specialised in project management, project control, and commercial management services. The firm also has a hub in London.

Bolstering its senior leadership team, Jon Whyte and John Vint have now both been admitted into the partnership, strengthening the firm’s ownership structure with over five decades of combined experience in the industry.

Jon Whyte has been a team member of PMKConsult for the past several years and leads the Commercial Management offering, which works for a range of clients across real estate, hospitality, leisure, and residential.

Notable assignments Whyte has worked on include the completion of a high-end residential neighbourhood in Abu Dhabi, the upper deck of the Queen Elizabeth 2, and a commercial real estate project delivering over 50,000 sqm meters of floor area. He has also delivered commercial management services for major infrastructure projects in the UAE and the UK.

John Vint joined PMKConsult through the 2021 acquisition of ACS Cost Consulting. Since crossing, Vint has helped grow PMKConsult’s commercial management business, and currently co-leads a 20-strong team.

Notable assignments Vint has led include commercial projects in the healthcare, hospitality, engineering, airport, and real estate sectors. A qualified Expert Witness, Vint has extensive experience in arbitration, having been involved in many high-profile arbitration cases in the UK and the Middle East.
