Instinctif Partners adds Alaa Badawi to sustainability advisory offering

Instinctif Partners has strengthened its Sustainability practice in the region with Alaa Badawi, who arrives with a Big Four background.

Appointed as an Associate Partner, Alaa Badawi brings over seven years of experience to Instinctif Partners, an international communications consultancy with over 330 people across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Operating out of the firm’s Dubai office, Badawi will support and advise clients on navigating their sustainability journeys, at the intersection of business strategy, sustainability, investor relations, and communications.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Lebanese American University and a Certified Energy Manager accredited by the Association of Energy Engineers, Badawi has gained experience across several markets in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and his native Lebanon.

He most recently served EY, where he spent the past two years as a consultant in its Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice. Earlier, he worked in the energy and solar engineering sectors.

I’m excited to be a part of a team where I can see a clear regional and global commitment from leadership to drive the agenda and help develop a sustainable future,” Badawi said on his new challenge.
