Nitin Arora and Ali Alessandro Ayach partner at Arthur D. Little
Global management consulting firm Arthur D. Little (ADL) has appointed two new partners in its Dubai office: Nitin Arora and Ali Alessandro Ayach.
Nitin Arora has over 20 years of experience in both consulting firms and technology players. He has been appointed a partner in the Operations Management practice.
Arora specializes in the areas of digital operations and supply chain transformations across multiple industries, including technology, transportation, and telecommunications and information technology.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Arora was a Senior Director at Strategy& in India and subsequently a Senior Executive Advisor with Strategy& in the Middle East. He had multiple stints at technology firms in his career, specifically with London-based cloud services start-up Canopy, and with Google in product management and development.
Ali Alessandro Ayach has joined joining Arthur D. Little’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. He has 18 years of consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East, specializing in both the corporate and government sectors.
He most recently served Alvarez & Marsal in the Middle East, where he supported the establishment of the company’s regional Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in 2021. Before that, he was a Managing Director at GE Healthcare Partners for six years. Earlier, he held senior roles at Philips in its Healthcare business and Accenture, as well as working as an Advisor to the Government of Dubai.
