Appointed a Director, Mark Smith brings a wealth of experience from the delivery of the world’s largest ceremonies, live events, global spectaculars, and mega projects. He previously worked for Deloitte and played a role in the delivery of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Matthew Perrin is an Associate Director in the Operations & Delivery team of Trivandi. He has over 20 years of experience in front line security, crowd safety and operations in some of the world’s most recognisable and high-profile festivals and sports events in London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and across the Middle East (including the Saudi Arabian Formula and the Yas Marina Circuit venue).

Evie Hodgkin is a Senior Project Manager in the Venue Development team. She has a background in real estate and development, and already was part of the Trivandi team that supported the delivery of COP28 in Dubai.

Both Sara Abbas and Lavanya Mishra are members of the Strategy & Commercial Advisory team. Abbas previously worked in advisory services before discovering the events world – she was part of the central services team for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Mishra joined Trivandi from Deloitte, where she gained experience in risk advisory, audit and assurance, and forensics.

Pamela Russel-Smith joined as Resourcing Manager with over 10 years of experience in human resources and workforce mobilisation, including in the mega events sector (notable engagements include London 2012, Baku 2015, England Rugby 2015, Ashgabat 2017, Expo 2020 and COP28 in the UAE).

Capping off the round of new hires is Carla Glossip, who prior to Trivandi gained experience in sports and entertainment mega events across the MENA region, including the Saudi Arabian F1 Grand Prix, MDLBeast Soundstorm Festival and COP28.

Trivandi was launched in 2012, founded by a team of experts that played a lead role in the delivery of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Since then, the consulting firm has worked on projects for the Rio Olympic Games in 2016 and Tokyo 2020 as well as the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Other projects include supporting the delivery of the Tour de France, Super Bowl, America’s Cup, Expo 2020 in Dubai, and the F1 Grand Prix in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
