One of the event’s five knowledge partners, retail leaders from Bain & Company will contribute to discussions, with the consulting firm also hosting three sessions: ‘Navigating the New Retail Estate Order: Innovations & Opportunities’, ‘Sustainability Leadership in Retail, and ‘The Future of Grocery’.

“We are thrilled to be part of the Retail Leaders Circle MENA Summit and to contribute to the discourse on fearless innovation and charting the next frontiers in the retail and related sectors,” said Cyrille Fabre, senior partner at Bain & Company.

Pauline Coquet, Associate Partner at Bain & Company, added: “Our participation in event underscores our commitment to driving impactful conversations and shaping the future of the retail industry in the MENA region and beyond.”

At the event, Bain & Company – one of the Middle East’s leading retail consulting firms – will discuss the findings of a number of recently produced reports, including a study on the future of the consumer-packaged goods sector, and a study on the future of grocery.

“Our Consumer Products Report highlights the need for industry players to shift their focus towards sustainable, volume-driven growth, particularly in emerging markets,” said Coquet.

Bain’s Future of Grocery report meanwhile report emphasizes the need for industry players to align their business and operating models to several shifting trends, such as changing consumer preferences, the emergence of new channels, sustainability, and the shift to online.
