“Our decision to to set foot in the Middle East comes after careful consideration and a dedication to bringing our expertise to the world’s most dynamic business environments,” said Tom Roberts, CEO of Roberts Group Consulting.

“We are motivated by the region’s remarkable progress and its openness to global partnerships. We see a significant opportunity to work alongside regional businesses and contribute to the ongoing transformations.”

Spearheading the firm’s foray into the region is Sami Jabbar, who has been with Roberts Group Consulting for around three years. He has now relocated to the region to drive the growth ambition.

Roberts Group Consulting has hit the ground running, bagging a number of launching clients. Among the engagements, the consultancy is leading a digital transformation project at a steel manufacturing company, driving the change programme, and creating a culture of data-driven teams.

Asked how Roberts Group Consulting aims to build its profile in a competitive marketplace, Jabbar said that the firm’s approach is centred around building partnerships based on understanding and mutual growth. “We target multinational corporations, SMEs, and innovative startups, particularly in sectors where we can provide significant value.”

Roberts Group Consulting meanwhile places people at the heart of its work. “We believe that people are an organisation’s biggest asset. This belief guides our methodologies, ensuring that every project we undertake is not just a step towards organisational transformation but also a leap towards harnessing the full potential of people.”

Roberts added: “Our goal is clear: to become the go-to partner for businesses in the Middle East looking to navigate the complexities of change. We look forward to what’s next.”
