KPMG welcomes Haitham Ibrahim as Head of People & Change
KPMG has brought in experienced Big Four leader Haitham Ibrahim as its new Head of People & Change.
In the role, Haitham Ibrahim leads KPMG’s people-focused consulting practice. The practice advises boards on the full CHRO agenda, from advisory through to implementation, and supports projects across sectors and functions with ensuring that leaders and people are aligned and committed to change.

During his career of more than 25 years, Ibrahim gained experience in industry and consulting. After serving as Director of HR at a food manufacturing group, he joined EY in 2010 in Oman. Three years on, he relocated to the firm’s Saudi organisation, where he climbed to ranks to partner in its People Advisory Services practice.
Ibrahim has successfully led strategic advisory HR transformation, workforce planning, and change management projects across various sectors, including in energy, defense, healthcare, family business, and professional services.
