Onur Doğan joins Arthur D. Little's partner team in Istanbul

Arthur D. Little has strengthened its partner team in Turkey with the addition of Onur Doğan.

Operating out of the firm’s Istanbul office, Onur Doğan will in his new role focus on providing digital strategy and operational transformation services to Arthur D. Little’s clients in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and the public sector.

Doğan brings more than two decades of experience to the role, all of which he gained in the consulting industry. He previously was a partner at both EY and Accenture.

“I’m excited at the prospect of leading Arthur D. Little’s digital strategy and operational transformation offering in Turkey. It has never been more important for companies to leverage the power of technology to innovate their services and enhance customer experience. My passion is designing transformational programs that can shift businesses from old world practices to new ways of thinking and doing,” Doğan said.

At EY, Doğan worked in the firm’s Warsaw, Budapest and Istanbul offices, rising the ranks to become Regional Digital Lead for Central and Southeastern Europe. During this time, he developed the company’s digital practice and helped establish an innovation center.

Meanwhile, at Accenture, Doğan grew the ranks to become partner and account lead for major financial services clients in the Turkish market.

Alongside his role at Arthur D. Little, Doğan is an active mentor of start-ups communities, interacting closely with innovation hubs, university programs and excellence centers.
