Tejas Mehta and Saeb Mouaget join KPMG partner team

KPMG has bolstered the leadership team of its Advisory business in the Gulf with Tejas Mehta and Saeb Mouaget.

Both new partners have been added to the Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) practice of KPMG, which advises clients on how they can navigate the evolving regulations landscape in the region through compliance, risk management, and reporting.

Tejas Mehta joins the Lower Gulf organisation from the firm’s British organisation, while Saeb Mouaget joins externally from a real estate development company.

Tejas Mehta brings over 20 years of experience in topics including regulations, governance, risk, and compliance. He has led and delivered multiple engagements in the field, as well as led numerous IT external audits for clients in the financial services industry.

In his most recent role at KPMG, he was a senior member of the Global and EMEA IT Internal Audit practice. Now based out of the UAE, Mehta spearheads the GRCS service within the financial services sector, alongside leading the Technology Risk offering.

Saeb Mouaget brings over 17 years of experience in establishing and leading comprehensive company-wide risk management and internal audit programs. Prior to working in real estate, he worked for another Big Four firm in Abu Dhabi and Toronto, as well as serving on various Audit Committee roles, including at Yas Holding.

Mouaget will at KPMG focus on clients in the public landscape and in the real estate sector.
