Trivandi appoints Holly Joint to newly created COO role
International sports and events consultancy Trivandi has appointed Holly Joint as Chief Operating Officer.
In the newly created role, Holly Joint will oversee the company’s business operations, from strategy execution and planning through to delivery of improvements in processes, people management, and systems.

Established in 2013, Trivandi is a 50-person consultancy firm (with a 1,500+ associate network) dedicated to the major events and venues landscape. The has offices in London, Dubai and Riyadh, and supports its clients with strategy, design, delivery and operations.
Riding the sports and venue boom in the Middle East, Trivandi has seen strong growth in its Dubai and Riyadh offices in the past two years. “We are delighted to welcome Holly to the firm, , as we embark on an ambitious new 5-year plan to expand the business,” said Founder and CEO of Trivandi, James Bulley.
Holly brings over 25-years of experience across growth, operations, digital transformation, programme management and advisory in the UAE, Qatar and UK. Previous roles include Group Chief Operating Officer of ADSS, Head of Digital Transformation at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, CEO for MENA at Brandpath Group, and Programme Director of Qatar’s successful bid to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Holly is also the Founder of Women4Tech, a professional ecosystem of women with the common purpose of driving technology for positive change, as well as the Co-Founder and CEO of Digital Fluency, which equips organisations and professionals with the tools, knowledge and mindset to transform, innovate and become digitally fluent.
“Holly’s experience as a senior leader across such a variety of organisations, sectors and markets will be invaluable as we accelerate our ambitious and exciting growth plans. Her expertise in AI and digital transformation will also be critical as Trivandi looks to play a leading role in driving forward innovation and technological advancements that ensure the major events and venues industry stays relevant through the creation of engaging, entertaining and high-quality experiences,” Bulley said.
Earlier this year, Trivandi also hired Mark Lawrie in an executive role, he too was closely involved with the delivery of the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
