Fifth Flavor launches in Dubai with curated guidance from AP&Co.

Dubai has welcomed a new Pan Asian restaurant: Fifth Flavor. The launch of the new restaurant was guided and curated by AP&Co. Hospitality Consulting.

What may appear to be a simple shop selling Asian food and drinks in Al Wasl Square (opposite to Al Safa Park) in fact presents itself as a culinary gem – with one of the most unusual entrances around.

On the outside, Fifth Flavor looks like a regular shop, however, on closer inspection, all is not what it seems. The drinks cooler opens up to a secret entrance. The sign says “pull” and leads down a dark corridor, which serves as the gateway to the main restaurant.

The dining space is characterized by neutral tones, green accents, and shelves adorned with books on Asian cooking and travel.

The menu meanwhile, curated by highly acclaimed chef Yunus Emre Aydin, offers a selection of dishes that are designed for sharing and exploring new flavors. “From traditional favorites to innovative creations, each dish is crafted with precision and care, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest,” according to the restaurant’s own channels.

The conception of Fifth Flavor was supported by AP&Co. Hospitality Consulting, which took care from A-Z, said co-owner Noor Al Abbasi. “Working with AP&Co. was the best decision since it was our first time opening a restaurant. They came onboard and took care of everything, while acting with integrity and professionalism.”

“They possess an in-depth understanding of the food & beverage industry in Dubai,” Al Abbasi added.

Launched earlier this year, AP&Co. Hospitality Consulting helps restaurant and food-focused venues with pre-opening (concept development, financial planning, location search) and post-launch business services (process management, operations, recruitment, and more).

Fifth Flavor in Dubai is open for walk-ins only, no reservation is required. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 18:00 to 23:30.
