Emkan tops 10th anniversary with Best Place to Work award
Emkan has topped its 10th anniversary year with another major milestone – bring named among Saudi Arabia’s leading companies to work for by an international certification body.
Named a Best Place to Work for the year 2024, Emkan has been recognized as a top employer following a rigorous HR assessment, covering workplace aspects such as culture, leadership, opportunities for personal growth, people practices, and human resource policies.
Certification body Best Place to Work said that the recognition reflects the firm’s commitment to quality standards and excellence in empowering, developing, and nurturing its workforce in all aspects of work.
Established in 2014, Emkan is a consultancy specialised in human capital development and advancement in the Saudi education sector. The firm was last year named one of the leading players in the segment.
Notably, Best Place to Work said that Emkan’s score ranked among the highest worldwide. “Emkan not only ranks among the best work environments in Saudi Arabia, but also regionally and even globally,” said Mohammed Albaqqal, CEO of Best Place to Work in Saudi Arabia.
UK-headquartered Best Place to Work conducts its HR assessments in 50+ countries worldwide, meaning the institute has the data to separate the good (and great) from the bad. The institute said that leading employers reap the benefits from their efforts, enabling their staff to achieve their full potential and enjoying higher levels of productivity, employee satisfaction, and loyalty.
