Nicolas Manset heads Russell Reynolds Associates in Middle East

Global human capital consultancy Russell Reynolds Associates has installed Nicolas Manset as the new Head of its Middle East business.

Headquartered in New York, Russell Reynolds Associates is a professional services firm with two main lines of business: leadership advisory, and executive search. The firm has over 600 staff in close to 50 offices around the world.

Operating out of Dubai, the firm’s Middle East team supports clients with services including leadership succession and development, executive search, organizational culture, family business challenges, and board effectiveness.

Now at the helm of the regional team is Nicolas Manset, who has been with the firm for more than 20 years, having previously worked in the banking scene with JP Morgan.

Manset said the consulting firm will also seek to expand its sectoral focus, with the current focus of Russell Reynolds Associates in the region on financial services, healthcare, industrial, technology, social impact, and family business.

With over 30 years of international experience, Manset himself focuses on clients in financial services, in particular on the banking and wealth management segments. He also helps private equity funds, insurers, and asset management firms build and strengthen their boards and leadership teams.
