More than 200 HR leaders from around the Middle East are convening today and tomorrow at the HR Summit 2024, discussing the future of human resources and work. Two leaders of Phoenix Consulting will take the stage, representing event partner Hogan Assessments.

Organized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the annual HR Summit brings together businesses, experts and consultants to discuss the latest trends and developments in HR, and learn from best practices. HR Summits are held all around the world, with the GCC edition taking place from 5-6 June at Palezzo Versace in Dubai.

Key theme of the edition is ‘a brighter future of work’, with event discussion to centre around the future of HR, new ways of working, cutting-edge technologies, and building future-proof workplaces.

Seniora El-Hage and Maya Mattar - Phoenix Consulting

Over 200 invitation-only HR leaders and decisionmakers will attend the event, including 50-plus board level members.

The agenda will see around 25 speakers take the stage, with keynotes, workshops and panel sessions delving into topics such as the talent landscape in GCC, workplace culture, leadership development, change transformation, talent retention, workforce analytics, and Gen AI in human resources.

Among the speaker line-up are two leaders from the world of consulting – Seniora El-Hage and Maya Mattar, Deputy CEO and Executive Coach at Phoenix Consulting. Both will facilitate masterclasses, one focused on how coaching can help improve the ‘dark side’ of personality traits, and another on how future leaders can be identified and nurtured through high potential planning and development.

Phoenix Consulting is participating in the SHRM conference on behalf of Gold sponsor Hogan Assessments – the consultancy is an authorized partner of Hogan Assessments in the region. Phoenix Consulting ranks among the Middle East’s leading HR consultancies.

Other partners of the SHRM GCC HR Summit 2024 include Leoron (a learning & development company), Vantage Circle (a platform for rewards & recognition), and CRI Group (a provider of compliance and people due diligence services).
