Mukund Bhatnagar global lead of Kearney’s Financial Services practice

Global strategy and management consulting firm Kearney has named Mukund Bhatnagar as the new global leader of its Financial Services practice.

Operating out of the Dubai office, Mukund Bhatnagar is a 15-year Kearney member, and a partner since 2018. He has been based in the UAE for over a dozen years.

Bhatnagar serves a diverse set of clients in the financial services industry, including banks, insurance players, regulators, development banks, and sovereign wealth funds. He is an expert in corporate and business unit strategy, performance improvement, organization, and economic development.

In his new role, Bhatnagar leads one of Kearney’s largest industry verticals, with teams in more than 40 countries worldwide.

“With a career spanning 25 years both as an executive and a trusted advisor in the financial sector, Mukund's expertise and insights have been instrumental in driving positive change for our clients globally,” stated Kearney in a LinkedIn post.

Earlier in his career at the firm, Bhatnagar has also worked for clients in other sectors, including telecom, government, media, and entertainment.

Prior to Kearney, he worked at GE Capital (General Electric's financial services business) for eight years in four different commercial roles across two continents, specializing in cards and payments and retail finance.
