Restaurant goers in Dubai have a new option on the table, with luxury dinner restaurant Late Eatery opening its doors 77 Valley.

Located in the heart of 77 Valley, Al Khawaneej’s newest restaurant promises its clients an “upscale culinary offer with an exquisite menu”, as well as a “unique dining experience” in a “captivating environment” coupled with a “serene ambience”.

Founded by four cousins, the culinary mastermind behind Late Eatery is Aadel Ouaoua – a chef who is known for his approach to blending European classics with Japanese techniques and Middle Eastern flavors.

According to chef Aadel Ouaoua, “At Late Eatery, we strive to create an experience that transcends mere dining. Each dish is a tribute to the fusion of cultures and flavours, designed to take our guests on a culinary journey that is as unforgettable as the setting itself.”

That setting the chef is referring to is designed with elegant olive tones, rich greenery, brass accents, and wooden elements. “It really exudes a calm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for memorable meals.”

The development of Late Eatery was advised on by AP&Co. Hospitality Consulting, which played a role from the early concept phase through to launch. “From refining brand values and operational strategies to consulting on interior design, fit-out decisions, and strategic marketing, we helped ensure that Late Eatery’s upscale identity and community focus were seamlessly integrated into every aspect of the dining experience,” said Alex Popescu, founder of AP&Co. Hospitality Consulting.

Launched earlier this year, AP&Co. Hospitality Consulting helps restaurant and food-focused venues with pre-opening (concept development, financial planning, location search) and post-launch business services (process management, operations, recruitment, and more).

Commenting on the collaboration with the boutique consultancy, one of Late Eatery’s four co-founders said: “Every aspect of the service provided by AP&Co. Hospitality Consulting exceeded my expectations, and their ongoing dedication ensured that every detail was executed flawlessly. They not only met but exceeded our goals, turning our concept into a thriving reality.”
