Ryan Safer appointed to partner at RISE in Riyadh

Middle East consultancy firm RISE has appointed Ryan Safar to the position of partner.

Established in 2014, RISE specialises in marketing and commercial services, operating at the intersection of management consultancy and agency services. The award-winning consulting firm works for clients in the sports, culture and entertainment sectors, and governmental clients in relation with public-private initiatives.

Serving as Country General Manager for Saudi Arabia since late 2020, Ryan Safar has over the past years helped RISE Group notably expand its footprint in the Saudi market.

“Ryan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision as the Country General Manager in Saudi Arabia, playing a crucial role in driving our business growth and expansion within the region,” said RISE in a statement announcing the appointment.

Safar has over 15 years of experience in the commercial industry, providing advisory services to both private and public sector clients in Saudi Arabia. His has expertise in business strategy, commercial contracting, and international trade agreements, among others.

Prior to joining RISE, Safar spent five years at retailer Panda, and held a leadership role at global logistics group DB Schenker.
