Oliver Wyman has welcomed Cyril Semaan as a partner in its Middle East business.
Installed as a partner in the Retail & Consumer Goods practice, Cyril Semaan brings more than 14 years of experience in corporate and business strategy, business development, data and analytics, incubation, and transformation, with a proven track record of driving sustained growth for leading organizations.

Semaan comes to Oliver Wyman from Majid Al Futtaim, where he played a key role in spearheading strategic initiatives that ensured company growth and transformation. He has demonstrated an ability to identify new revenue streams, foster innovation, and achieve operational excellence.
Prior to his work in retail and entertainment, Semaan spent six years at Booz & Company (now Strategy&), advising clients across the Middle East, North Africa, and North America in sectors such as retail, technology, automotive, healthcare, and government.
He also built a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market while working for Google, where he developed targeted programs that delivered valuable consumer insights.
Throughout his career, Semaan has championed successful projects across diverse sectors. These include establishing a food business, incubating a content production unit, implementing data and digital transformation initiatives, and leading a group-wide analytics transformation.
