Capital Consulting International (CCi) to rebrand as Rimkus

Planned for the end of this month, Capital Consulting International (CCi) has announced that it will continue its 25-year growth journey under the Rimkus brand.

CCi was acquired by Rimkus in 2021, but operated for the past three years under its own brand. On 30 August, the consulting firm will fully transition to its parent’s brand, alongside its subsidiary Hargreaves Jones.

The combined group will boast somewhere in the order of 1,500 professionals and more than 100 offices worldwide operating under the single brand – which has received a slight refresh to accompany the merger.

The integration of CCi and Hargreaves Jones will extend Rimkus’ services portfolio with award-winning forensic and technical consulting capabilities, as well as expertise in quantum and delay, and project management. The joining of forces will extend the geographical reach of Rimkus into Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

Rimkus is backed by US private equity firm HGGC, which initially invested in 2019 and further beefed up its stake in March this year.
