Leading UAE-based law firm Bestwins joins Baker Tilly JFC

UAE-based law firm Bestwins has joined Baker Tilly, one of the world’s largest accounting and advisory networks.

With offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and a 30-person team, Bestwins is one of the region’s leading law firms. The legal advisory business advises clients including corporates, family offices, royal families, high net worth individuals and banks on most area of corporate and business law.

Bestwins has been operating for over 12 years in the UAE across key sectors for the local economy including energy, oil & gas, real estate, hospitality, education, health, manufacturing, import export and re-export trading. The firm has deep experience working with banks and financial institutions on contract drafting, facility agreements, handling financial disputes in all Courts and Arbitration Tribunals, advising on issues related to investments and fund management.

The firm also plays a role during financial transactions, providing the legal due diligence as well as other legal services during mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, divestments, and capital raisings.
