Bain & Company’s Middle East team welcomes four senior Bainiees from other offices
Bain & Company has beefed up its Middle East team with the arrival of four senior ‘Bainiees’, who all join the regional partnership from the firm’s offices in Europe and North America.
Marc Lino, Marine Bellanger-Sood, Gaute Andreassen, and Yacine Berrada have all been with the global strategy consulting firm for many years, and have now relocated from London, New York, Oslo and Paris respectively to Dubai to provide a boost to the firm’s rapidly growing business in the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Marc Lino, who leads Bain & Company’s global sustainability efforts for private equity and financial investors, has over 20 years of consulting experience. He collaborates with clients across the investments landscape, including private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds. His expertise spans commercial and operational diligence, value creation strategies, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and enterprise transformation.
Marine Bellanger-Sood is the leader of Bain & Company’s Private Equity & Sovereign Wealth Funds practice. She advises financial investors on consumer products, retail, and travel & leisure and has deep expertise in integrated due diligence, value creation plan and post-acquisition. She has also led work in sectors including technology, industrials and business services.
Gaute Andreassen is a member of the Energy and Natural Resources practice, focusing on fertilizers and chemicals, as well as the Advanced Manufacturing and Services practice, primarily focused on metals. He has been with Bain & Company since the acquisition of Qvartz, and served as one of the leaders of the Nordics practice. In his client work, he specializes in strategy and commercial excellence engagements.
Yacine Berrada is an expert partner in the Enterprise Technology practice, specializing in technology transformation for financial institutions and industrial clients. He has a proven track record in supporting clients with designing and delivering large scale technology programs, data & AI transformations and operating model evolutions. Berrada has been with Bain & Company for thirteen years.
