Cooper Fitch promotes Lauren Swan to Principal Consultant level

Cooper Fitch, a Dubai-based headhunter and human capital consultancy firm, has promoted Lauren Swan to Principal Consultant.

A member of the executive search practice, Lauren Swan has been handed her third promotion since joining the company in the summer of 2020. Swan, who is originally from Ireland, relocated to Dubai for her role at Cooper Fitch, where she focuses on the recruitment of experts in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) within the financial services industry.

Swan works on delivering mandates across banking and financial services in Dubai and across the Gulf. Alongside recruitment and executive search, she also works with clients on business development, account management, and RPO delivery (a service which sees Cooper Fitch take over the recruitment function of clients).

Lauren Swan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from The University of Limerick, with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Business Psychology.
