Toby Hall returns to Dubai with new leadership role at Savills

Real estate consultancy Savills has appointed Toby Hall as the new leader of its Commercial Agency business.

Toby Hall crosses to Savills from Kingly Partners in London, where he helped set up their new office leasing team focusing on tenant representation, leasing and flex space. Prior to that, he was a senior director at JLL in its London office.

His move marks his return to the region – before his 3 year-spell in the United Kingdom he spent around a decade at JLL in the UAE, leading the commercial agency team in Dubai. He also worked in other Middle East countries, including Saudi Arabia, where he worked with KAFD in Riyadh during the early stages of the project, assisting with the leasing strategy and flex space offering.

In his new role, Hall’s primary remit is to grow the position of Savills in the UAE market, focusing on landlord leasing and office sales. His role will also involve advising Savills other regional teams which have established commercial agency service lines.
