Real estate consultancy Cavendish Maxwell promotes six company members
International real estate consultancy Cavendish Maxwell has made six promotions across its office footprint in the Middle East.
Yousir Habib has been promoted to Associate Partner, focusing on Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. He has been with Cavendish Maxwell since 2014, growing the ranks within the Valuation practice. Over the years, Habib has developed extensive expertise across the residential and commercial sectors and a wide range of asset classes, including industrial warehouses, development land, and mixed-use property portfolios.
Stepoline Sequeira has been promoted to Associate. She has been with Cavendish Maxwell for over five years, working with clients on topics such as strategic property advice and commercial valuations. She focuses on the UAE market.
In similar fashion, Rawad Radwan has also been with the real estate consulting firm for around five years and he too makes the step up to Associate. His experience spans commercial valuations and business development, focusing on property in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
Umar Kamran works on valuations of diverse property assets, including mixed-use developments and large-scale masterplans. He is a member of the Commercial Valuations practice, and now holds the position of Associate. Kamran joined Cavendish Maxwell just over three years ago.
Azeem Muhammad and Musaab Chaudhary have been promoted from Assistant Valuers to Valuers. They are recent recruits, having joined the firm late 2023 and early 2024 respectively.
Cavendish Maxwell has a team of around 100 staff across offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Kuwait City and Muscat. The firm is led by chief executive Nick Witty.
