UAE’s national CSR Fund Majra taps Agile Dynamics for strategic project
The UAE’s national CSR Fund Majra is working with Agile Dynamics on enhancing the strategic frameworks and governance it uses to deliver its impact across the United Arab Emirates.
Established in 2018, Majra is the UAE’s federal arm setting up the framework and governance for sustainable impact, sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the UAE. The institute also manages and directs efforts from the private sector towards UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG priorities defined in the UAE’s 2030 Vision.
The collaboration with Agile Dynamics is aimed at a number of strategic areas of work, including helping Majra develop new strategies and frameworks across sectors and domains that can help drive CSR and sustainability nationally, and position the UAE as a global leader in these sectors and areas.
Agile Dynamics will also lead the development of ‘corporate artifacts’ – essential documentation and tools that support sustainable practices and governance. “The strategies and corporate artifacts are instrumental in establishing an impactful governance model that aligns with national and international sustainability goals,” explained Paul Lalovich, Managing Partner at Agile Dynamics.
The consulting engagement will subsequently see the award-winning management consulting firm remain on board to ensure the effective implementation of the strategies and sustainability frameworks, providing ongoing support across the execution of plans and project delivery.
Lalovich said that the firm is excited to be working with Majra, noting its importance to the UAE’s green future, and its role on the global stage. “We are committed to supporting their mission of fostering an environment where CSR and sustainability are integral to business operations across the UAE. Together, we aim to set a benchmark for sustainable governance globally.”
