Global strategy and management consulting firm Arthur D. Little has appointed four new partners in its Middle East team.

Francesco Cotrone, Paritosh Mukhija, Samir Imran, and Tobias Aebi are all based out of Dubai and have similarly all been promoted from within the firm’s own ranks, which according to Arthur D. Little’s chairman and chief executive officer Ignacio García Alves embodies one of the firm’s core values. “These promotions reflect the dedication to our people and their ongoing development.”

Francesco Cotrone is a member of the Travel & Transportation practice, focusing on logistics, mobility, strategy development, organizational transformation, and human capital development. He is a major contributor to the land logistics and postal platform in the Middle East and India, as well as a contributor to the Transformation practice in the region.

His recent track record includes leading two flagship logistics projects in Saudi Arabia, aimed at enhancing the country’s logistics sector and its global attractiveness, and a digital strategy and transformation assignment for a public transport operator in the GCC.

Samir Imran is also a member of the Travel & Transportation practice, where he heads the Future of Cities platform. He specializes in topics including strategy development, digital transformation, operating model, board governance, innovation, and the delivery of large-scale transformation programs, working with public and private sector clients.

Imran also advises sovereign wealth funds and investors on the full life cycles of development projects, from investment strategy and from feasibility through to operations and exit.

Earlier in his career, Imran also advised clients in the healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.

Paritosh Mukhija is a member of the Telecom, IT, Media & Electronics practice of Arthur D. Little, and serves as the co-leader of the media, entertainment, and culture offerings in the Middle East. He advises both government entities and private companies on strategy, policy making, business planning, corporate and commercial strategies, regulations, organization design and governance, leadership development, operational excellence, and strategy execution support.

Recent projects Mukhija worked for include helping a media regulator with strategy development, developing a financial model for a sports venue, supporting the development of cultural guidelines for hotels for a ministry of culture and tourism, and defining and implementing an events strategy for numerous entertainment destinations in the GCC.

Tobias Aebi is a member of the Energy & Utilities practice, and has in recent years been involved with several strategic projects in the sector, in particular in the nuclear segment, where he led multiple assignments. Previously, Aebi served as the co-leader of the firm’s global Power Generation competence center.

Aebi also has an extensive track record in the aerospace and defense sectors, having been involved with some of Arthur D. Little’s most high-profile projects in the landscape. Among others, he was part of Arthur D. Little teams that advised GCC countries on the development of their national space strategy and policy, and the establishment of a national space agency.

Outside of the Middle East, Arthur D. Little this month promoted new partners in the United States, Europe, and Asia. The firm also formally launched in Australia, the world’s fifth largest management consulting market.
