Regional human capital consultancy firm Phi Management has launched a new office in Saudi Arabia, its third alongside Beirut and London.

The new hub in the nation’s capital city Riyadh will serve the firm’s growing client portfolio in the kingdom, which includes government entities as well as local, regional, and international businesses.

“We’ve been operating in Saudi Arabia since 2016, and have over the past eight years helped dozens of clients with human capital advisory services, leadership development, and capability building,” said Micheline El Housseini Timbrell, managing partner of Phi Management.

Having led its projects out of its offices in the UK and Lebanon, Timbrell said it was a natural evolution to now establish an on the ground presence. “We’re grateful to our clients and partners for their trust and support, and with our new office in Riyadh, we will be able to strengthen these existing relationships and forge new ones.”

Established in 2005, Phi Management is a boutique consulting company specialising in the skills development side of the human capital landscape, with its track record boasting more than 180 clients in the Middle East and Europe, and the delivery of leadership programmes and projects in over 15 countries. Last year, the firm was recognised as one of the leading players in the field.

Timbrell said that the KSA expansion aligns with the firm’s mission and ongoing commitment to assisting businesses in the kingdom with ramping up their human capability – an area which has been earmarked as a strategic pillar by the national policy makers in their Vision 2030 plans.

Under the mantle of the Human Capability Development Program (launched in 2021), Saudi Arabia is making major strides in equipping its people with the capabilities to compete locally and globally. Clients seeking guidance and hands-on support throughout this journey turn to Phi Management for expertise.

“Through our three core practices of Leadership Assessment, Leadership Development and Organisational Development, we help empower organisations and their leaders with the skills and capabilities to tackle the challenges they face and seize the opportunities in their market,” said Timbrell.
