Frost & Sullivan strengthens senior KSA team with three promotions
Frost & Sullivan has announced three promotions in its Saudi team, with Anas Haj Kasem, Aadil Rashid Khan and Yazeed Alatassi all part of the firm’s senior ranks.
Promoted to Director in the ICT practice, Anas Haj Kasem has been a vital member of the Frost & Sullivan team in Saudi Arabia since joining in July 2018, contributing significantly to the growth of the ICT practice.
Anas has successfully managed key projects, including supporting a government entity with launching an ‘International Expansion Program’ for local ICT companies, developing a strategic program to enhance SME participation in e-commerce for one of the key authorities, and assisting a leading local telecom company in expanding its service portfolio and formulating a three-year growth strategy.
In his new role, Anas will continue to help Frost & Sullivan clients with creating strategies that drive long-term growth and value. He aims to develop innovative approaches to scaling businesses and guide clients through digital strategies and market expansions to position them for future success in the evolving landscape.
Aadil Rashid Khan has been promoted to Associate Director in the Mobility business. During his 13-year tenure at Frost & Sullivan, Aadil has led numerous successful projects, including developing a regulatory impact assessment framework for a Saudi regulatory body, conducting a feasibility study for a PIF subsidiary to promote the circular economy of an automotive industry by-product, and creating a corporate strategy with a 10-year growth plan for a major automotive family business.
He has also supported a go-to-market strategy for a new business line for a leading automotive family business, encompassing resource mapping and risk mitigation.
Aadil’s experience extends to global vehicle brands and manufacturers of parts, batteries, lubricants, and tires, supporting their operations and market strategies in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, he has engaged with investment promotion councils, assisting government entities in attracting investments and localizing critical industrial products in line with national priorities.
In his new role, Aadil will continue to focus on mobility and automotive clients, and additionally, he will focus on helping industrial clients drive their transition to more industrialized practices, focusing on manufacturing, remanufacturing, and electrification.
Yazeed Alatassi meanwhile has been elevated to Principal Consultant within the Energy & Environment industry group. Having joined the Saudi team in 2022, Yazeed has quickly established himself as a valuable member of the local team, contributing significantly to various high-impact projects.
His notable projects include leading the development of comprehensive business plans and investment assessments aimed at establishing energy storage product manufacturing and recycling capabilities within Saudi Arabia. He also spearheaded the implementation of a strategic investment plan for a government entity to drive sectoral growth in alignment with national priorities.
Additionally, Yazeed helped family-owned businesses in the oil & gas sector with formulating go-to-market strategies for to enhance their market positioning and growth potential.
Yazeed’s clientele has included a leading Saudi giga-project focused on integrating advanced technologies for decarbonization and digitalization, a government entity committed to attracting investments for localizing critical industrial products, and a major publicly listed industrial conglomerate in Saudi Arabia specializing in industrial products with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
In his new role, Yazeed will maintain his focus on the energy, industrial, and oil & gas sectors, driving impactful strategies that empower clients to achieve long-term growth and innovation.
