The 7th edition of the People Analytics Forum (PAForum) 2024 will take place late November, bringing together leaders from the private and public sector to gain insight in the latest trends and developments in data-driven workforce transformation and people analytics.

Held at the Crowne Plaza RDC in Riyadh on November 27, the event will feature renowned experts sharing insights on how organizations can harness the full potential of data to drive informed HR strategies and empower a resilient workforce. At the event, Maven Insights will also unveil the winners of the People Analytics Awards (PAAward) in Saudi Arabia.

“As the workforce evolves rapidly, organizations face the challenge of building resilient and forward-thinking teams. People analytics can play a pivotal role in shaping this transformation, helping businesses not only adapt but also lead the way toward a more agile and sustainable future,” said the event’s organizer, Maven Insights, which is a leading management consultancy in the field.

The PAForums was initially launched in 2017, and has since then grown into the largest gathering of like-minded leaders in areas including HR strategy, people analytics, workforce transformation, talent management, and talent retention. Each year, the forum centers around a unique theme, with this year’s edition “innovation workforce transformation: harnessing people analytics for a resilient future.”

Amit Mohindra, Founder and CEO of People Analytics Success, will provide a keynote on the adoption of AI, while Abdullah Alyahyan, a leader in the telecom industry at stc, will provide a practical perspective on how AI can be implemented and share best practices from stc’s experience.

David Simmonds, Chairman of HCM Metrics, will shed light on how analytics enhances HR effectiveness, while Anthony Hesketh (Associate Professor at Lancaster University) will bring academic rigour to the discussion, outlining what steps organizations should be taking to truly understand their data insights.

Other keynote speakers are Solange Charas, Professor of Practice at Columbia University, and Ulas Ozcan, Founder and CEO of FlowQ, who will respectively talk about how the ROI of people analytics can be tracked, and how tools like AI and psychometrics can enhance talent assessment.

Dubbed a “must-attend event” by former participants, the forum provides an invaluable networking opportunity with industry peers, technology and service providers, and potential partners.
