Capital Gate Advisors strengthens public policy offering with Tim Fox
Capital Gate Advisors, a strategic and financial communications from the Middle East, has strengthened its partner team with Tim Fox.
In his new role, Tim Fox will co-lead the Public Policy and Market Entry practice alongside Wajih Halawa, one of the two co-founders of Capital Gate Advisors. This practice helps companies establish a presence in the Middle East and capitalize on growth opportunities, through a mix of services in the area of policy trends, economic forecasts, market dynamics, and regulation.
Fox brings more than two decades of experience in economic analysis, public policy advisory, and market strategy across the Middle East and globally to the firm. During his dozen years at Emirates NBD, he served as Head of Research & Chief Economist. Earlier, he held the Chief Economist role at Standard Chartered, and worked for Barclays and Credit Suisse.
More recently, Fox was an Economic Advisor to ADNOC and served FTI Consulting as a Senior Advisor.
“We are delighted to welcome Tim to our senior leadership team. His extensive experience as a chief economist, combined with his deep understanding of the regional economic landscape, will be instrumental as we continue to expand our advisory services,” said Ajith Henry, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Capital Gate Advisors (and also a former FTI member).
“I am excited to join Capital Gate Advisors, which stands out for its expert-led approach to strategic communications,” said Fox. “The GCC is undergoing profound economic and policy transformations, presenting both opportunities and challenges for businesses looking to enter and expand in the market. I look forward to working with the team to develop tailored solutions that enable companies to navigate the policy and economic landscape effectively.”
