Deniss Petrovits joins boutique consultancy TransformationX as partner

Boutique consulting firm TransformationX has boosted its partner team with Deniss Petrovits, who joins from Kearney.

Deniss Petrovits brings over a dozen years of experience in strategy and management consulting to TransformationX, a boutique player that launched in 2023 (founded by ex-BCG partner Arun Bruce) and has since rapidly grown to a team of nearly 20 consultants and staff. TransformationX operates out of Dubai and specializes in supply chain, procurement, and value transformation work.

At Kearney, Petrovits worked in the firm’s Moscow and Dubai offices, growing the ranks from Associate to Principal. He has advised clients on a range of strategy & operations topics, in industries spanning manufacturing, energy, natural resources, and mining.

“His impressive background in corporate strategy development, operational transformation, and maintenance strategy aligns seamlessly with TransformationX’s mission to drive impactful, sustainable change,” said Bruce in a post on LinkedIn.

Reflecting on his new challenge, Petrovits stated: “I look forward to working with the team of TransformationX on further building the business.”
