Youssef Heneine returns to Strategy& as partner in Public Sector practice

Youssef Heneine has returned to Strategy&, where he becomes a senior leader in its Doha team.

Appointed a partner, Youssef Heneine brings over three decades years of experience to Strategy&, most of which he gained in an advisory role. He first joined Strategy& in 2001 (then known as Booz Allen and later Booz & Company before its rebranding as Strategy), spending eleven years with the award-winning strategy consulting firm in its Public Sector practice.

In 2012, Heneine became Senior Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, providing council on foreign policy and national strategy development. As a founding member of the Qatar Fund for Development, he played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s strategic vision and forging global and local partnerships.

Before re-joining Strategy& last month, Heneine served as Senior Advisor at the Prime Minister’s Office in Qatar, focusing on national strategy and policy, economic development, foreign direct investments, and institutional performance.

At Strategy&, Heneine will focus on helping Strategy& expand its presence in the Qatar market, and advise government agencies across the MENA region on strategic transformations. He specializes in topics such as public policy, economic development, international cooperation, industry regulations, and performance management.

A Lebanese national, Heneine gained a bachelor’s degree in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut. Further on in his career, he obtained an MBA from Harvard University.
