Retail consultancy CXG adds Gabrielle Chou to Advisory Board

Dubai-headquartered CXG has appointed Gabrielle Chou, a renowned entrepreneur and professor, to its Advisory Board.
Established in 2006, CXG is a firm dedicated to advisory and data-driven solutions for the premium retail and luxury sectors. The consulting firm specializes in topics such as customer experience, client journeys, voice of the customer, brand redesigns, and customer-focused data and digital transformations.
The company’s Advisory Board consists of high-profile leaders in the (luxury) retail industry, with Paris-based Gabrielle Chou the latest to join the body. She joins other members such as Francois Delage, Frederic de Narp, Francois Leaute, Lina Ly, Helen Zeitoun, and Alexis Lecanuet.
Chou is a serial entrepreneur and associate professor at New York University, specializing in artificial intelligence, e-commerce, and luxury retail. She has founded and led multiple transformative ventures, including ChinaLOOP (a forerunner in intelligent database management), MOOD BY ME (a digital-native fashion brand), and Allure Systems (a provider of generative AI based fashion imagery to e-commerce brands).
The latter two ventures were both acquired, with Chou enjoying a successful exit. Today, Chou advises tech startups and teaches at NYU Stern School of Business, focusing on AI-driven business models and their potential to transform industries.
“We are thrilled to welcome Gabrielle to our advisory board,” said Christophe Caïs, Founder and CEO of CXG. “A true trailblazer with a proven track record, her expertise will be instrumental in helping to seize new opportunities in the rapidly evolving field of AI technology.”
Globally, CXG has more than 260 professionals working from 12 offices. Its Middle East business was recently named among the top retail consulting firms in the region.
