Tharwah strengthens leadership team with four new senior leaders

Saudi human capital consulting and training firm Tharwah has boosted its leadership team with the appointment of four new leaders: Rami El Saadi, Jamal Khan, Yazid Salhi and Hazem Mardini.
Each of the four new hires brings extensive experience to the firm’s consulting division, as well as a proven track record in their respective fields. “These appointments represent a significant milestone in Tharwah’s ongoing growth and efforts to enhance its advisory capabilities,” noted Tharwah in a statement accompanying the news.
Rami El Saadi, who has been appointed as Head of Consulting, brings over 15 years of experience in developing and executing strategies across both the public and private sectors. He has led key projects to enhance governance and performance management, with a strong focus on aligning organizational goals with Vision 2030.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute in Pennsylvania, El Saadi masters project management and the delivery of organizational transformation.
Jamal Khan, appointed as Director in the Operational Excellence practice, joins with 18 years of experience under his belt. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to numerous strategic transformations and operational excellence projects.
He has led high-impact projects across both the public and private sectors, specializing in business process optimization and performance enhancement. Khan holds degrees from Stanford University and the University of New Haven and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Prince Mohammed bin Salman College.
Yazid Salhi and Hazem Mardini have both been appointed as Consulting Directors.
With over 15 years of experience, Salhi has a proven track record in leading projects and driving strategic transformations. He has successfully developed operating models, managed project management offices, and led consulting teams at global firms. His experience spans several industries.
Salhi holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Science in Management from Lancaster University, and a range of specialized professional certifications.
Mardini meanwhile has over 22 years of experience in areas such as strategic planning, project management, and operational restructuring. He has led multiple performance improvement programs, optimizing operational efficiency while adhering to global quality and excellence standards.
Holding a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University in the US, Mardini has deep knowhow of implementing lean practices and building continuous improvement.
