Gulf ServiceNow leader Unikomm joins international player Plat4mation
Unikomm, one of the leading pure-play ServiceNow consultancies in the Gulf Cooperation Council, is becoming part of international player Plat4mation.
Founded in 2008, Unikomm has since its inception grown into a market leader in the Gulf region, with a team of more than 165 full-time employees. The Riyadh-based company serves over 75 clients, including many of Saudi Arabia’s top 100 organizations across various industries, with expertise across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform.
Announced yesterday in a joint statement, Unikomm is set to join forces with Plat4mation, a European-headquartered firm with over 450 employees across 10 offices worldwide. The company, which is headquartered in the Netherlands, is a ServiceNow Elite Partner that works across the lifecycle, providing advisory, technology, implementation, and managed services.

US-based ServiceNow is a global leader in business workflow automation and management. Its platforms and solutions support areas such as IT, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, and Project Management. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed, with the transaction subject to several customary closing conditions.
