PwC promotes Bhavneet Dutta to Human Capital Leader for the Middle East
PwC has appointed Bhavneet Dutta as its new Human Capital Leader for the Middle East.
In her new role, Bhavneet Dutta will lead the Human Capital function for the region, overseeing HR and people-related policies for over 10,000 professionals across 12 countries. This includes topics such as workforce strategy, talent management, HR services, recruitment, and learning & development.
Dutta has been with the Big Four firm for over a decade, initially coming on board as a HR Business Partner in India. She relocated to Dubai in 2018, where has since held roles of growing seniority within the HR function. Most recently, Dutta was the HR Director for the Consulting business, leading the people strategy for over 4,000 consultants and staff in the Middle East.
She now holds that remit for PwC’s entire regional business, which also comprises business units specialising in accounting, assurance, tax, mergers & acquisitions, and managed services.

Earlier in her career, Dutta worked for Diebold Nixdorf and GTL Infrastructure. She holds a degree from the University of Pune.
