North Highland welcomes Stephen Ardill to Middle East leadership team
Global consulting firm North Highland has welcomed Stephen Ardill as senior managing director.
Based in the firm’s Riyadh office, Stephen Ardill will oversee sales, client delivery, and talent leadership and development in the Middle East, specifically in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
He brings over 30 years of experience to North Highland, all of which he gained in the consulting industry. He most recently worked as an independent consultant in the Gulf, and before that, he spent around a decade at EY, latterly as a senior partner in the consulting division. He held several leadership roles at EY, including Advisory Market Leader for Saudi Arabia and Supply Chain & Operations Leader for the MENA region.
Earlier, Ardill spent seven years at Kearney across two spells, worked for EY Consulting before its acquisition by Capgemini Invent at the turn of the century, and served a number of technology consultancies.
Ardill has deep expertise in areas including strategic and business transformation, operations, program and project, program governance, large scale implementations, supply chain, and change management.
