Caliber Academy launches ‘Caliber Insights’ series for global learning community
Caliber Academy, the academy arm of Caliber Consulting, has launched a new webinar series titled ‘Caliber Insights’ for its global community of leaders and practitioners.
Based in the UAE, Caliber Academy is a highly specialized training institute with a global footprint – its network spans over 500 certified management professionals and it serves clients in nearly 50 countries.
The new ‘Caliber Insights’ initiative offers professionals the opportunity to learn directly from world-renowned experts and thought leaders, gaining practical insights they can apply to create measurable value within their organizations.
The first session will kick off tomorrow and is titled ‘Reimagining strategy with AI’ – the webinar is given Jeroen De Flander, an author and keynote speaker on strategy whose work has reached over 25,000 executives worldwide.
Lou Adler, founder of the Performance-based Hiring methodology and a leading voice in modern recruitment strategy, will lead ‘Reinventing Talent Acquisition through Performance-Based Hiring’ on 22 October. Hannes Alton, organization designer and creator of the Vector framework, will deliver the third session on 25 November, titled ‘Designing Future-Fit Organizations with Vector’.

Each free live session combines a concise presentation with an interactive Q&A, allowing participants to exchange ideas directly with the speakers. The series aims to create a space where leaders can connect with top practitioners and explore how to turn emerging ideas into meaningful action within their own teams.
Karol Florez, Marketing Associate at Caliber Consulting, said: “Caliber Insights is about creating a space where forward-thinking professionals can explore new perspectives, challenge how they think about growth and transformation, and stay ahead of the ideas shaping the future of organizations.”
Following these initial sessions, Caliber Academy plans to expand Caliber Insights with additional speakers and topics, continuing to provide leaders with relevant, hands-on insights into strategy execution, organizational design, and workforce transformation.
