FP promotes Abdalla Zaki to Partner in Digital practice

Four Principles (FP) has promoted Abdalla Zaki to Partner in its UAE business.

Now in his fifth year at FP, Abdalla Zaki is a member of the firm’s Digital practice, where he focuses on digital transformation in the public sector.

He has extensive experience supporting large-scale government and institutional transformation programmes, spanning areas such as digital and enterprise transformation strategy, public sector reform, operating models, privatisation, shared services, governance, capability building, and enterprise systems modernisation.

“My work is typically delivered within complex, multi-entity transformation environments, where effective cross-entity coordination, disciplined execution, and clear accountability are essential to achieving intended outcomes and value realisation,” Zaki said, describing his typical client remit.

FP is an award-winning advisory company specialising in lean and performance improvement – underpinned by digital capabilities. The consulting firm operates from offices in Dubai and Riyadh, with Zaki now joining the leadership team in the UAE.

“Throughout his journey at FP, Abdalla has played a pivotal role in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, supporting senior stakeholders, and shaping FP’s value-driven digital consulting approach across multiple sectors,” the firm said in a statement.

In his new role as Partner, Zaki will focus on expanding FP’s digital transformation footprint, strengthening strategic client partnerships, developing next-generation talent, and supporting the firm’s continued expansion across the GCC.

Earlier in his career, Zaki worked at another management consultancy and at the Kaizen Institute. He holds degrees from the American University of Sharjah and Arizona State University.

Zaki was the headline promotion in FP’s end-of-year promotion round, which also saw eight other team members promoted to Principal, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant levels.
