Bain & Company appoints Eric Beranger-Fenouillet as Middle East managing partner
Global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company has announced that Eric Beranger-Fenouillet will take over as managing partner of its Middle East business.
Based in the UAE, Eric Beranger-Fenouillet will lead the firm across the region and oversee its strategic direction, client delivery, operations, and talent management. Bain & Company operates in the Middle East with offices in Doha, Dubai, and Riyadh, serving clients across the entire region.
Beranger-Fenouillet succeeds Tom De Waele, who led the Middle East business through a six-year period of strong growth across the full range of its practices and capabilities. De Waele recently stepped up to the role of EMEA regional managing partner.

With more than 16 years of service at Bain & Company, and as former head of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources practice in the Middle East, Beranger-Fenouillet brings to his role deep experience advising client leadership teams across the Middle East and Europe on strategy and transformation.
In his client work, he specializes in the development of growth and expansion strategies, M&A and integration, and performance improvement programs.
