Marmin named Accredited Service Provider for UAE’s e-invoicing rollout

Marmin, a financial technology company part of professional services group AJMS Global, has received Pre-Approved Accredited Service Provider (ASP) status under the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and Federal Tax Authority (FTA) e-invoicing framework.

The accreditation means that Marmin joins a select group of technology providers that have been authorized by the government to support businesses with the UAE’s mandatory e-invoicing rollout. The accreditation covers both the pilot phase, which kicks off in July 2026, and the phased national rollout from 2027 onwards.

The UAE’s mandatory e-invoicing rollout is a government initiative requiring businesses to issue and exchange invoices in a structured electronic format, rather than paper or PDFs. It is part of the country’s broader digital transformation and tax compliance strategy, led by the Federal Tax Authority. The system aims to improve transparency, reduce fraud, and streamline reporting for VAT and business transactions.

Marmin’s platform helps organizations make the transition to e-invoicing. The system integrates with ERP, accounting and other systems, enabling real-time invoice generation, validation, and transmission to tax authorities, while ensuring data security and regional compliance.

Sangmesh Hiremath, Co-Founder and CEO of Marmin, said: “As e-invoicing becomes a core regulatory requirement under the UAE’s digital economy agenda, Marmin’s pre-approval confirms its readiness to support the new regulation. We work with businesses to strengthen compliance readiness, improve invoicing processes, and align with e-invoicing guidelines, ensuring a smooth transition toward structured electronic invoicing while maintaining operational efficiency.”

In its work with clients, Marmin can tap into the consulting capabilities of AJMS Global, which among other areas has deep expertise in procurement, finance and taxation. “Together, our role is to simplify complexity so leadership teams can focus on growth, while we ensure their digital transactions remain secure, compliant, and seamless.”

Commenting on the milestone, Abhishek Jajoo, Chairman of AJMS Global, said: “At AJMS Global, we believe trust and governance must lead any regulatory change. Marmin embodies this philosophy by enabling organizations to adopt e-invoicing early, confidently, and without disruption as the UAE’s digital compliance framework evolves.”
