Knight Frank launches ‘Voices in Real Estate for Women’ platform

Knight Frank has launched ‘Voices in Real Estate for Women’ (VIEW), a new initiative designed to bring together women from across the real estate industry through mentorship, networking opportunities and professional connections.

According to the global real estate consultancy, the programme has been introduced in response to the growing participation and influence of women across the Middle East real estate landscape. The platform has been created to support women in their professional development while also providing a forum for those playing a key role in shaping the future of the industry.

“VIEW is about unlocking potential – for women, for our industry, and for society as a whole,” said Susan Amawi, General Manager of Knight Frank in Saudi Arabia. “It reflects the real experiences and challenges women face in the early stages of their careers. We are proud to work alongside women who are already driving change and excited to help open the door for the next generation of leaders.”

Buthainah Albaity, Partner and MENA Head of Private Capital and Family Enterprises at Knight Frank, added: “VIEW brings together women from across investment, development, business and real estate, creating a platform for meaningful connections, fresh perspectives and lasting relationships that can help shape the future of the industry.”

The initiative officially launched with its first gathering in Riyadh, where influential women from across the public and private sectors came together. “What made the gathering especially meaningful was the calibre of women in the room and the quality of the conversations that took place,” noted Albaity.

During the event, Knight Frank introduced VIEW’s inaugural mentorship cohort – a group of women who will learn from the experiences of senior female real estate leaders who have already navigated similar career paths. The mentorship programme is designed to help participants gain valuable insights, learn from experiences and build confidence, acting as a catalyst for professional development and career growth.
