TBH adds Julien Merheb and Michael Redmond to senior team in Middle East
TBH, an international project delivery consultancy in the built environment, has announced two senior appointments in the Middle East.
The first is the appointment of Julien Merheb, who has relocated from the firm’s Australian headquarters to its Saudi Arabia business. An Associate Director in the Riyadh office, Merheb has in-depth experience in planning, project controls and claims advisory across infrastructure, heavy industry, energy, building sectors and heritage-sensitive developments.
Merheb spent seven years with TBH in its Sydney office. Commenting on his relocation, he said: “The Middle East has one of the most dynamic and fast-growing construction markets in the world, making this an exciting opportunity both professionally and personally.”
“I am looking forward to bringing my experience to Riyadh and contributing to the delivery of some of the region’s most ambitious and complex projects. Michael Redmond meanwhile has been hired externally as Business Development Manager. He brings 19 years of experience in the professional services and legal sector, with a focus on the construction arena. Among his previous employers are consultancies such as HKA and Masin, and barristers’ chambers including Outer Temple Chambers and 39 Essex Chambers.
Redmond’s career has taken him across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. Since relocating to Dubai in early 2024, he has built strong relationships with stakeholders across the GCC region.
In his new role at TBH, Redmond will focus on developing strategic relationships and building partnerships across the industry, working closely with law firms, contractors, subcontractors, government entities and project owners.
