SUDO Consultants signs partnership with fractional real estate ownership platform Jozo

SUDO Consultants has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Jozo, Saudi Arabia’s first fractional real estate ownership platform.

Jozo operates under the General Authority for Real Estate’s (REGA) Regulatory Sandbox, enabling investors to own fractional shares in income-generating properties through officially documented digital deed infrastructure, in partnership with the Real Estate Registry (RER). The platform reflects the Kingdom’s broader push toward digital innovation and financial inclusion in the real estate sector.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding, which was signed at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, SUDO Consultants will serve as Jozo’s trusted cloud solutions partner, supporting its digital transformation journey as the company scales its platform and operations. The engagement will begin with an assessment and sizing exercise to define the roadmap ahead.

“This partnership reflects our commitment to enabling forward-thinking Saudi businesses as they modernize their digital infrastructure,” said Hameedullah Khan, CEO of SUDO Consultants. “We are proud to support Jozo as they continue to innovate in the real estate investment space.”

Faris Ghazzavi, Account Manager at SUDO Consultants, added: “Signing this partnership reinforces the strength of the Saudi market’s appetite for digital transformation, and we look forward to working closely with the Jozo team on the journey ahead.”

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on behalf of Jozo by Turki Khaled I. AlShlail (CEO) and on behalf of SUDO Consultants by CEO Khan. The signing was witnessed by members of SUDO Consultants’ leadership team, including Aakash Sapra (Chief Business Officer), Hima Renandranadhan (Chief Revenue Officer), and Palak Chadha (Marketing Manager).

According to research by Roland Berger, the tokenisation of real-world assets – one of the technologies underpinning fractional ownership – could reach a total value of $10 trillion by 2030, with real estate expected to be among the sectors leading the trend. Another study, by Kearney, identified the Gulf region as a frontrunner in the market, with players such as Jozo helping to drive its development.
